•  Development of BCM policies and terms of reference
•  Development of semi quantitative threat and risk assessments
•  Development of business impact analysis identifying high risk, mission critical activities
•  Development of risk mitigation measures for critical activities
•  Development of a stakeholder analysis including the identification of critical interdependencies
•  The preparation of a BCM strategy document for senior management
